Hole in One by Lavern Sula

Happy Ugadi...what a way to start the year.

The day after our tournament on 4-April-2011, LaVern Sula, a Clover Greens member, got a hole in 1 on number 9 hole off the white tees. The flag was white, so I'm assuming the yardage on the card of 122 yards is accurate. She used an Adams 5 hybrid club with a Noodle + Long & Soft ball. She was playing in a 3-ball group with fellow members Mr. Manoj Sharma and Mr. Krishnan Ganapathy.

Their round started at 7:40 AM and ended just before noon, so the estimated time of LaVern's hole in 1 was 9:30 AM. Her caddie scored for LaVern and signed a duplicate card that was submitted in the box at Clover Greens. LaVern has kept the original score card as well as the ball. LaVern, Mr. Sharma and Mr. Ganapathy all signed and dated the ball. Attached are two photos of the group, ball and card.
